According to a police report detailing the incident, the individuals were taken into custody on Thursday and are currently held at Korondile Police Station awaiting transfer to Wajir law courts. Once in court, they will face charges related to their unlawful presence in Kenya.
Under Kenyan immigration laws, individuals found to be residing in the country without proper authorization may face deportation or other legal proceedings. Depending on the circumstances and severity of the violation, penalties can include fines, imprisonment, or other punitive measures.

Such operations serve to maintain order and security while ensuring compliance with established legal protocols regarding immigration and residency within Kenya.
