A woman accused of killing Former Nairobi Hospital Finance Director Eric Maigo has pleaded not guilty.
Ann Adhiambo Ouma alias ‘Nut’ made a U-turn before Justice Kavedza Mochache days after she pleaded guilty to the said murder charges at the Milimani courts.
She has not however been released on bond since detectives have filed an affidavit in court where they disputed her age.
“I hereby direct the defence to file their response to the affidavit to the detectives and the matter be mentioned after 14 days, ” ruled Justice Mochache.
The ruling came after one document allegedly showed that she was 18 years but the defence alleged that she was 17 plus nearing 18 years.
