The two men who were captured on video hanging dangerously from a moving vehicle on Mombasa road will be arraigned at the Millimani Law Courts on Tuesday, after spending the night at Capital Hill Police Station.
The two men, identified as Peter Igadwa Agawy and Peleg Mosongo Momari, were arrested on Monday.
The driver, Loise Apata, is still at large, but the vehicle in question, a Mercedes-Benz, has been detained at the Nairobi Area Traffic Headquarters.
Their arrest comes after Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen took to social media on Monday to share the video, blasting the owner of the car.
