Kenyans will now be able to access Huduma Kenya services via their WhatsApp number, the government agency has confirmed.
In a confirmation shared on their official page, Huduma Kenya announced changes aimed at providing Kenyans with hassle-free services.
The government agency emphasized that their WhatsApp number will now be accessible round the clock.
“You can now access government services easily through our WhatsApp number. Simply message us on WhatsApp at 0747191919 and experience hassle-free service today!” the announcement reads.
Launched in 2013 by former President Uhuru Kenyatta, the agency is a flagship project for Kenya’s Vision 2030, aiming to transform public service delivery to be more efficient and reliable.
