I am excited to embark on this journey of promoting collaboration, growth, and mutual understanding between our regions. Together, we can create a brighter future and build enduring partnerships that benefit both Dubai and Africa,” he said recently.
According to the singer, the role will give him a platform to launch his brand to a global audience and shift negative perceptions that most people have about African artiste.
For him, this is an opportunity not just to make a living but to export Kenyan and African culture at large, through collaborations with other Africans.
Internationally Afro beat artiste from Nigeria and Amapiano hit makers from South Africa have been making a big impact. Bahati believes that deal will be a gate way for Kenyan artiste to also claim their space on the global stage.
“My advice to other uprising African stars is not to let anybody dim your shine. Do not let nobody tell you it’s impossible and always give your best in what you do because you never know who’s watching,” he added.
“Always embrace your unique perspective that reflects your authentic voice and dedicate time and effort to honing your artistic skills. Strive for excellence and never stop learning and growing as an artist.”
