Carol Katrue, the partner of Miracle Baby, has come forward to disclose that all proceeds from the artist’s music endeavors were invested in constructing a mansion for his parents, refuting claims of misappropriation.
In an interview with Director Trevor’s Kenyan Online Media channel on YouTube, Katrue addressed concerns raised by some Kenyans regarding the utilization of Miracle Baby’s music earnings, particularly in light of remarks made by dancehall artiste KRG the Don alleging financial mismanagement during his time in the limelight.
Katrue, a mother of one, asserted that Miracle Baby directed his earnings towards the construction of a five-bedroom mansionette for his parents in Membley area, Ruiru, Kiambu county. She vehemently denied allegations of lavish spending on women and alcohol.
“Peter pesa zake zote alitumia kujengea wazazi wake membley, a five mansionette, hio pesa alitumia kufanya hivo, mbona unakuja kudanganya wakenya, ashai kubuiya pombe? Hizo vitu zote mbona hakua anaongea vile alikuja home, wakati tumemwambia the bitter truth ndio anakuja kujaribu kuharibu jina,” she said.
Additionally, Katrue clarified the circumstances surrounding assistance allegedly received from President William Ruto. She confirmed receiving Ksh300,000 sent by the Head of State, facilitated by KRG and Jaguar. However, she revealed that Ruto advised them to allocate Ksh10,000 to compensate journalists for public relations efforts.
