Former Harambee Stars and Gor Mahia midfielder Collins Okoth, popularly known as Gatusso, is facing charges of murder in a Nairobi court today.
His arrest stems from a tragic incident involving the death of a three-year-old girl whose body was discovered dumped behind their apartment building.
The incident occurred in April, leading to Okoth’s detention at Pangani Police Station. Reports indicate that the girl lived with her mother on the ground floor of the apartment complex where Okoth resided.
The legal proceedings will determine the specifics of the charges against Okoth and his defense in response to the allegations.
