Former journalist Jane Ngoiri has also been appointed a member of the HIV and AIDS tribunal by Attorney General Justin Muturi according to the Gazette notice.

In a gazette notice dated March 10, 2023, the head of state appointed former West Pokot Governor John Lonyangopuo to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency.
He will take over from David Chumba Chemweno whose appointment has been revoked.

Former East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism PS John Konchella has been appointed as a board member of the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority for the next three years while Kisauni MP Ali Mbogo will lead the LAPPSET Corridor Development Authority Board as chairperson for a similar period of time.
Former Senator Anwar Oloitiptip, who had previously been nominated for a CAS position will join Mbogo as a board member. Eng. Shadrack Tulon, Abdikahiya Maalim, Nasra Ibrahim Ibren and Jeremiah Apalia Lomari will also sit on the LAPPSET board.
Emilio Mugo has also been named the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the National Environmental Management Authority, for a period of three years, with effect from March 10.
President Ruto has also tasked Francis Gichaba to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Tourism Board for the next three years while Dr. Rispa Waphukulu will also hold the same position at the Kenya Literature Bureau for a similar period of time.
Former Chair of Lake Basin Development Authority Odoyo Owidi has been named the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency. He will take over from Daniel Omino whose appointment has been revoked.
Ex-Kenya Ports Authority MD Brown Ondego will also sit on the board of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority as chair for a period of three years.
