Former nominated Senator Millicent Omanga has alleged that her business was raided by over 40 county council askaris from City Hall.
Omanga claims that the raid was ordered by Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja as an act of political intimidation.
Omanga did not hold back in her response, accusing Governor Sakaja of being an “illiterate coward” attempting to intimidate her. She stated, “Governor Sakaja Johnson is an illiterate coward who thinks he can intimidate me!”
The alleged raid, which Omanga attributes to political rivalry, saw the marshals arresting her staff and disrupting business operations. Omanga has been vocal about her belief that this action was politically motivated, intended to undermine her and her business.
Omanga’s accusations are yet to be addressed by Governor Sakaja or City Hall.
