The CEO of Neuro spinal hospital Dubai Dana Msaddi on Wednesday announced that the specialist facility will be offering training for Kenyan medics.
Speaking to representatives of African Media who toured the facility, the CEO said that they are giving African medics access to their state of art technology.
The hospital is home to the only Cyberknife surgery machine in the UAE and has specialized units such as back pain and spinal unity, brain surgery unit, joint replacement unit, orthopedic and sports unit and the oncology and radiology unit that aims to cut down recovery time for cancer patients.
“Our training program is very vigorous we have specialist here who have over 25 years in their field, practicing at the best facilities in the world. We are eager to train African doctors because we are not about profit,” she said.
Plagued by poorly equipped hospitals, African patients often seek treatment abroad.

“Cyberknife technology targets tumour without having to do a single cut. This reduces the recovery time for patients,” said the facility manager of Neuro Spinal Hospital Dubai.
