The Thai Trade Centre , Royal Thai Embassy , Nairobi held a Taste of Thai Promotion at Sarit Nairobi, to create awareness and promote the various Thai Food brands as well as kitchenware brands available in the market.
The suppliers of these items were present to display and sell their products.
The highlight of the event was the live cooking demo by the celebrity chef Dennis Ombachi alias the Roaming Chef who gave shoppers some Thai cuisine cooking classes such as the famous padthai and Green chicken curry with Jasmine rice.
The event also showcased Thai sauces and ingredients that make the Thai delicacies of great taste being among them the Thai-style Stir-fried Noodles – Pad Thai and Tom Kha Kai (Chicken in Coconut Soup)
