On June 12 Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua lectured addicts on the abuse of drugs and illegal substances in Tharaka Nithi.
He spoke during the third regional stakeholder’s engagement in the fight against trade, use, abuse, and consumption of illicit alcohol, narcotics, and other psychotropic substances.
Gachagua called upon the officers to take charge of the prevention of drugs and illicit alcohol to save the future generation.
He also urged them not to accept any bribes relating to drugs saying that the money will not be helpful.
